The Role

Your responsibility would involve doing discovery with potential customers, understanding requirements, do functional analysis, gap fit with Dynamics CRM, build a solution with powerpoint slides and present a demo on CRM 2011 to the customer. It is expected that the solution specialist will possess deep knowledge of one or more Dynamics CRM areas.
Primary Responsibilities would be to:
Work as Pre-sales specialist on the multiple opportunities.
Present Demos showing Dynamics CRM fit to the customers organization
Advise customer organization on Dynamics CRM usage and help them understand standard CRM processes and how they map to customer's business processes.
Participate in the implementation as a subject matter expert and represent customer's business requirements.

Prepare functional solution for customer
Hands-on Configuration of Dynamics CRM for demos
Prepare Presentations
Provide demo scripts

The Person
Experience:
Degree in Business or Information Technology desired.
4+ years of experience in IT industry with any mid-high size CRM.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability/Experience to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
Experience and/or ability to document business processes.
